Assets are addressed as /a/<hash>/<name>. The hash pins the exact revision.

Cache headers
Hashed paths are returned with a one-year max-age and the immutable directive.
Rotation
Publishing a new revision emits a new hash. Previous revisions stay reachable for one release cycle.
Access
This endpoint is read-only. Requests other than GET and HEAD are rejected, and directory listings are not served.
